Yield
How much meat did each head give?
Yield is usually counted for the whole month, so a weak supplier or station stays hidden.
We find the station where yield is lost and close the gap: Tamga connects to your accounting system. Owners see yield, losses and cost on the day of the shift, not after month-end close.
The audit takes one shift at your plant and doesn't stop production.
The owner's questions
Yield
Yield is usually counted for the whole month, so a weak supplier or station stays hidden.
Cost
Cost is known only after month-end close, so prices are set on last month's numbers.
Losses
Deviations surface a day later in paper logs, or never.
Traceability
After a complaint or an inspection, the chain is pieced together for days from notebooks and Excel.
Output
Piece-rate pay comes from handwritten sheets, which leads to disputes with workers.
Planning
The plan lives in one person's Excel file, and raw material runs out without warning.
Our offer
We come to your plant, walk the flow on your scales from intake to dispatch, and show which station loses yield and what that costs in tonnes and tenge.
Book on WhatsAppYour numbers stay yours. We sign a confidentiality agreement before the audit.
Products
We start on the production floor. Warehouse and delivery connect to the same batch and the same data.
A manufacturing execution system for meat plants. Follows each batch from the livestock truck to the carton.
A finished-goods warehouse for catch-weight goods, carcasses and shelf life.
Order, picking and truck in one chain.
Live project
Slaughter, deboning, sausage and delicatessen shops. The client's name is shared only with their consent.
How we work
One shift at your plant. We show losses in your own numbers.
We map the flow, tracking points and equipment, then give stages, timing and price.
The first station goes live in about a month. Each stage is accepted on a live shift.
New versions, fixes and changes in Kazakhstan and EAEU regulations.
Why it's easier with us
Connects to the plant's accounting. No move to a new ERP needed.
Everything is stored on your own server. The license works even offline.
Screens readable from a meter away, on handhelds and line-side panels.
E-invoices and e-waybills, product marking, traceability under EAEU technical regulations.

Questions
Terranova Systems is an IT company from Almaty, Kazakhstan. We build production tracking systems for meat plants: Tamga, an MES that covers everything from livestock intake to dispatch, a WMS for the finished-goods warehouse and a TMS for delivery. The systems connect to the plant's accounting system, and your data stays on your own server.
Yes. Integration with 1C is built in, and other accounting systems connect too. Accounting stays as it is, and shop-floor data reaches it the same day. Your data stays on your own server.
Weigh raw material at every hand-off between stations and tie each weight to a batch. Tamga collects weights from scales and handhelds at the stations, balances the batch and shows yield per head, losses by station and batch cost the same day, not after month-end close.
Yes. A batch keeps one code from the livestock truck to the carton, linked to the supplier, veterinary documents and recipe ingredients. Blending batches creates a new batch that keeps the links to its sources.
We price it after surveying the plant. Implementation runs in stages, each at a fixed price, followed by a monthly subscription based on production volume, with unlimited users and handhelds. You can start with a free one-shift yield audit.
The first result comes in about a month, the full system in about six months. On the current project at a full-cycle meat plant, implementation is planned at 126 working days, 21 of them for setting up scales, handhelds and printers.
On your own server. We don't keep the plant's production data ourselves, and we sign a confidentiality agreement before the audit.
